HIGH SCHOOL PROCEDURE
2016-2017 and beyond
Parents/Guardian must read Regulation 721-2, Student Transfers - High School,prior to requesting a student transfer.
Parent/Guardian must complete the Student Transfer Request Form Attachment I by specified deadlines. Parents must retain a copy for their personal records.
Parent/Guardian must attach Student Transfer Request Addendum Attachment II only if the reason for the student transfer request is for extenuating circumstances.
Parent/Guardian submits completed Student Transfer Request Form and any additional attachments, if required, to the base school principal for signature.
The base school principal signs Student Transfer Request form.
The Transfer Request Form, and additional attachments if required, are forwarded to the requested school.
The requested school principal signs Student Transfer Request and approves or denies the transfer request.
Parent/Guardian is informed of requested school principal’s decision.
