Prince William County School license holders have the option of paying Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) licensure fees electronically.

  • Use the Chrome browser for all electronic payment processes.
  • Refer to the instructions for setting up an electronic payment account.
  • As a staff member, select the Staff Sign-Up button and create a staff account. Use your legal name with PWCS.
  • Select the Virginia Department of Education License Fees Payment form and select the appropriate licensure request with corresponding fee.
  • Make your payment when you are ready to turn in your licensure packet; an email receipt will be sent to you.
  • Include a copy of the School Payment Receipt Confirmation with your licensure packet.
  • Send a complete licensure packet for processing to the PWCS Office of Certification. Do not send your packet to the VDOE.
