Instructional Online Intent Letter/Transfer Process
Begins January 4, 2021
The 2021-22 online instructional letter of intent will be available for all current employees through their personal PWCS WorkSpace starting January 4, 2021. An intent/transfer information session will be held to review the transfer process and give employees an opportunity to review WorkSpace and learn the basic steps for completing the letter of intent/transfer request form. The session will via Zoom Webinar with an additional session being held in February. Please see the Communicator for more details on how to register. Principals may request a session be held at their school if they expect greater interest due to boundary changes.
Beginning January 4, 2021, and extending through January 25, 2021, all instructional personnel will be asked to submit their intent for the 2021-22 school year. As in the past, all instructional personnel may amend their intent/transfer form one time before the submission deadline through an online process. Those employees who do not submit an intent form for possible transfer to another school for the 2021-22 school year may not be considered for vacancies.
The process will be quick and simple. Instructional personnel will be sent an email with the link to the PWCS WorkSpace. The PWCS WorkSpace username and password is the same as the employment application username and password. During the last week of December, an e-mail will be sent to all current employees who have an employment application username and password giving them a reminder to assist them with their login. Another e-mail will be sent to current employees who do not have an employment application username and password to assist them with logging into the PWCS WorkSpace. In addition, they may also log into the PWCS WorkSpace by using their employee identification badge number and additional information at the login screen.
*Please remember the username and password is the same as your ESS username and password.
