Important Information For Renters

 

Pandemic Info & Mask Requirements for Community Use Groups

Please review the PWCS Health/Mitigation FAQ webpage in relation to PWCS masking requirements for community use organizations. Currently, universal masking is mandatory for all groups using PWCS facilities for community use events, regardless if students occupy the facility during the activity. Please be aware that this is a previous change in policy. If you have questions concerning the new requirements, please call 703.791.7435 or email the Facilities Use Specialist directly.

 

Network Outages and Planned Network Maintenance

Throughout the school year, Information Technology will be performing Planned Network Maintenance. For a list of scheduled dates and unavailable applications, visit the Monthly Maintenance Outages webpage for additional details.

 

Inclement Weather and Emergency Closures

There are currently no closures related to inclement weather or emergency situations.

PWCS Aquatics Center

The PWCS Aquatics Center does not fall under the Community Use of School Facilities Program. Please visit the PWCS Aquatics Center webpage to obtain information regarding its use.
