Q: When will the Aquatics Center reopen for swimming?
A: The Aquatics Center reopened on Monday, December 14th.
Q: Are there any COVID-related restrictions in place at the Aquatics Center?
A: Yes; in order to maintain as safe an environment as possible, we have developed a thorough traffic flow and cleaning system.  More information can be found on our website.
Q: Do you have COVID cleaning procedures?
A: There will be a 15-minute period for cleaning between each swimming time slot for staff to clean the facility per standard county guidelines.   All equipment (kickboards and baskets for personal use) used by patrons will be placed in a “used” bin to be cleaned with county approved “Oxivir” cleaner.
Q: Are there safety restrictions to enter the facility?
A:  All patrons will receive a symptom screening and temperature check before being permitted to enter the facility.
Q: Are masks required in the facility?
A:  Yes, all patrons are required to wear a mask or face covering (except when in the water swimming.)
Q: Will the locker rooms be open?  Will there be a place to store personal belongings?
A:  The locker rooms will not be open to the public; however, there will be baskets for personal belongings (lockers will not be available).  Please leave valuable items in your vehicle.  Patrons will be required to change into/out of swim gear at home.

Q: Are reservations required to swim at the Aquatics Center?
A: Yes, we are utilizing our recreation management software, ActiveNET, for reservations for lap swimming only.  The leisure pool will remain closed at this time. You are able to reserve a swimming time slot between one week and four hours before the start of the slot.  View the available reservations.
